The booklet is small and portable so you can take it with you anywhere. If you have a few minutes while waiting for the next train or if you have a long commute to and from work, why take the opportunity to review some phrases from the ECOP booklet? Instead of trying to memorize the whole booklet at once, aim to memorize one page per day. If you make a realistic plan and follow it in a gradual manner, you will definitely see results without burning out and quitting in the middle.
